We celebrated B's 3rd B-Day at the end of May with a Pirate themed party. I made the cake!

B and his buddy-since-birth Ben at the Princeton Splash Pad! Ben's mom and I were in Childbirth class together, due around the same time and we both had our boys a month early. It's been so much fun to watch the boys grow up together!
I LOVE this picture. Elliott's middle name is Frederick, after my dad's middle name. (Brendan's is Alan after Grant's dad's middle name...we've got a pattern going on here ;D) My dad's middle name is for his dad's brother, Frederick, who we call Fritz. Here are all 3 Fredericks together! Fritz was so excited when my dad told him about Elliott's middle name and he couldn't be happier to get a little snuggle time with him at our recent family reunion. Great-Great Uncle Fritz and Great-Great Aunt Dee Dee were calling E "Snickle Fritz" and cooing at him all the while! :D
